Under the leadership of the Community Outreach Team Leader, you will manage your case load to deliver community-based visits to deliver prevention and education interventions in a range of settings, including in people's homes and educational establishments. You will work with adults with a range of complex needs, aiding them to reduce the risk of fire in their homes. You will also work with children and young people who may have complex needs.
