Job description

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: - Assist in performing compliance and operational audits of business operations at various EBCI properties. - Assist in examining and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of controls. - Assess compliance with regulatory requirements. - Identify and document business processes and controls in accordance with established department standards. - Contribute to a strong relationship with property mid-management and staff. - Assist in presenting verbal and written results of audit activities various levels of management and staff. - Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: - A degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university, or a degree with sufficient courses in accounting and auditing strongly preferred. - Experience in gaming operations (slots and/or table games) preferred - Background in banking and/or anti-money laundering (AML) preferred - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to details - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of management. - Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments in a dea...
