Job Description : Team Leader Pay : £14.50 Standard Rate: Refer a Friend Scheme - £250 awarded (T&C's apply) We are currently recruiting a Team Leader Support Worker to work as part of team supporting six individuals with varying needs with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs in the CARLISLE area. We currently have a great opportunity for dedicated Senior Support Worker to work with an individual who has a learning disability, autism and mental health support needs 24-hour support throughout her day. Additional/optional responsibilities (depending on the client and family requirements): - Hands-on care, supporting the client with their daily routines, encouraging independence in all areas this will be achieved via the management of the rota.
