Job description

The Director of Security and Transportation will direct and coordinate the activity of the Security & Risk Department, including overseeing Transportation, Facilities & Audio Visual resulting in an efficient, economical and regulatory compliant operation, while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service by the Security, Transportation, Facilities, and A/V teams. Oversees: safeguarding of assets transported to and from Casino Tables, Slots and Cashier departments; Project 21 enforcement requiring patrons to be at least 21 years of age for admission to building and Emergency Management programs. Supervises all investigations conducted by Security personnel. Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by Security and Transportation personnel.
