Job description

Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour based on experience and education. Position Summary At the direction of Marketing & PR leadership, the Junior Graphic Designer supports Springbrook Partners and its affiliates by producing marketing content that aligns with Springbrook’s brand and communication goals. This role focuses on executing clear, engaging print and digital materials, including brochures, social media graphics, signage, PowerPoints, recruitment pieces, and general marketing collateral. Working alongside senior team members, the Junior Graphic Designer learns to take direction, interpret concepts, and produce polished designs. This individual is organized, eager to grow, receptive to feedback, and capable of handling multiple projects in a busy environment.
