What you’ll do: - Own the Front-of-House: Act as the primary point of contact for the office, managing access, welcoming guests, and maintaining a high-standard professional atmosphere. - Rapid Response Management: Monitor and resolve internal Jira tickets with speed and precision, addressing everything from office access issues to facility requests. - Facility & Vendor Liaison: Act as the bridge between the company and property management or external vendors.
