Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Juvenile Justice Specialist to provide vital support to juveniles and their families, guiding them toward recovery and stability. This position will be based in Granite City or Belleville, IL. In this role, you will deliver compassionate case management and community support services, helping young individuals navigate the court system while addressing behavioral health needs. You'll collaborate with probation officers, detention centers, and community resources to advocate for the best outcomes. Your leadership and trauma-informed approach will empower youth to regain control of their lives and move toward a brighter future. The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $44,400 - $50,575 annual salary. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
