Inventory Coordinator

Job description

The Inventory Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory control systems and procedures. This role ensures accurate inventory levels are maintained, coordinates procurement activities with suppliers, and implements efficient stock control processes throughout the facility. The position utilizes the PRISM system to maintain precise inventory records, while coordinating with multiple departments to support operational needs. Critical to this role is the ability to analyze inventory data, manage multiple priorities, and maintain effective communication channels with both internal teams and external partners. Shift hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm Key Responsibilities: Manages daily facility inventory operations which may include receiving, storing, and issuing parts, materials, and supplies Maintains accurate inventory records using PRISM system, performing regular counts and reconciliations Works with Purchasing to ensure timely procurement of parts and supplies through PRISM system Organizes and maintains clean, orderly storage areas with proper tagging and identification of all items Handles shipping and receiving functions, including processing return...
