Position: Software Support Co-op/Intern Number of Position(s): 1: Duration: 4 Months+: Date: - ( Fall Term Sept 8th - Dec 18th, 2026) Location : In office at 600 March Rd. Ottawa, Canada. EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS: Currently a candidate for a Master's or Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field with an accredited school in Canada. As a part of our team, you will: - Work with real-world scenarios that customers encounter when using NSP software in large-scale environments, gaining hands-on experience with the full NSP portfolio across a range of product areas and capabilities, while partnering with other R&D teams and Product Line Managers. - Identify, diagnose, and address product issues discovered by customers or during internal testing, and contribute to implementing effective solutions. - Leverage insights from customer use cases to suggest and implement meaningful improvements in NSP. - Create testing approaches and build test cases, which may include simulating various network management activities, configuring labs to reflect real-world scenarios, or developing automated tests - Experience with Linux conso...
