The Lead BHT supports the BHT Supervisor by assisting with coordination of daily activities, ensuring staff follow facility policies and procedures, and helping maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for clients. The Lead BHT acts as a resource for BHT staff during their shift, assisting with client supervision, behavioral management, documentation expectations, and communication with clinical and nursing teams.
