This Opportunity WSP is seeking a highly skilled and motivated UAS Technical Lead to join our growing Geospatial Team. This leadership role emphasizes program level management, project delivery oversight, staff development, and strategic growth of UAS services. The role includes project scoping, proposal development, training, and development of new geomatics teams in growth areas. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling photogrammetry and LiDAR sensors and proficient in data processing and management software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Pix4D, and TopoDOT. Previous experience with Riegl LiDAR systems, including RiProcess, RiAcquire, and PosPac, is required. Your Impact: Program Leadership & Project Management: Lead Regional UAS teams and manage complex projects. Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Coordinate proposals, develop scopes, and establish fees. Standardize workflows and SOPs across regions. Lead long-term UAS program strategy. Serve as senior technical advisor.
