Overview Post Title: Staff Nurse - IV Team Post Status: Permanent Contract Department: Location: Beaumont Hospital Reports to: CNM 3 IV Team/ ADON, Infection Prevention & Control Salary: Appointment will be made on Staff Nurse Grade (€37,788- €56,032) at a point in line with Government pay policy. Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Closing Date: Friday 24th April 2026 @ 12 noon Responsibilities: The post-holder will work as a member of the Intravenous (IV) Team within the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Team, providing specialist IV service to patients and an education and support service to staff. You are expected to practice within the Code of Practice guidelines from NMBI and within the Nursing and other Hospital Policies and Procedures. You will be held accountable to the Clinical Nurse Manager. Discretion, initiative and an interest in teaching student nurses and preliminary training students to function independently is also a prerequisite.
