Performs other duties as assigned - Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations to identify behavioral health concerns, mental health diagnoses, and psychosocial stressors. - Utilize standardized assessment tools and diagnostic criteria (e.g., DSM-5) to inform treatment recommendations. - Evaluate client readiness for treatment and identify potential barriers to engagement. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and evidence-based practices. - Provide psychotherapy services, including individual, group, family, and/or couples counseling. - Modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessment, client feedback, and clinical outcomes. - Utilize various therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing. - Identify and respond to clients in acute distress or exhibiting signs of crisis. - Conduct...
