Senior Manager Finance M&A Integration

Job description

Working closely with our Group M&A and Finance teams, you will play a key role in supporting with accounting and reporting guidance for acquisitions from deal evaluation through to post-merger integration. Acting as the finance lead for M&A activities, you’ll help ensure that finance processes for acquired businesses are successfully integrated into Sonova’s global financial and reporting environment. More about the role: - Act as the finance and accounting lead for M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration activities - Assess accounting and reporting implications of acquisition structures in collaboration with the Group M&A team - Support financial due diligence activities and evaluate financial reporting risks and opportunities - Lead the integration of acquired companies into Sonova’s accounting, reporting, and control frameworks - Drive Purchase Price Allocation (...
