Lifestyle Manager Department: Admin: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Grand Rapids, MI: Reporting To: Carmelita Haywood: Compensation: $46,000 - $50,000 / year Description: Schedule: Exempt, minimum 40 hours per week |8:00 - 4:30 | Monday - Friday Department : Admin | Grand Rapids, MI What You'll Do In This Role: Bring energy, creativity, and purpose to community living as a Lifestyle Manager at Cook Valley Estates. In this role, you’ll design and lead a dynamic lifestyle program built around the seven dimensions of wellness—supporting residents’ physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, vocational, and environmental well-being. Through engaging activities, meaningful experiences, and personalized programming, you’ll inspire connection, foster a sense of purpose, and enhance each resident’s overall quality of life in alignment with their individual lifestyle goals. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating safe and reliable transportation for outings and activities, ensuring residents have access to enriching experiences both within and beyond the community.
