Assistant Store Manager

Job description

Description We are recruiting a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Derby. As Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales performance. You’ll work closely with the existing store team to coach, motivate and develop colleagues, ensuring team engagement and consistent delivery of our retail standards. Your role will involve supporting operational activity across the store, leading by example on the shop floor, resolving customer queries and helping to maintain visual merchandising and stock standards. You will be responsible for deputising in the Store Manager’s absence and contributing to shift planning, payroll control and daily financial targets. We invest in learning and progression. In this role you’ll receive regular 1-2-1 coaching, structured training and clear development opportunities to help you grow within the business.
