City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift: First (Days) Overview: The role of a Behavioral Health Quality and Compliance Director performs a variety of professional management activities, including the planning, development, and implementation of quality improvement plans, cultural competency plans, and program implementation and management plans. This position is responsible for quality review and compliance of Enterprise Behavioral Health programs with County policies, State performance contracts, and Federal rules and regulations. Key duties include actions to Own, Produce, Drive and Review. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, Public Administration, Health Services, or a related field. (Required) 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare business operations in a healthcare environment. (Required) 3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role. (Required) Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
