Overview Fee for Service Rates: Initial & ROC Weekday visit rate: $100 Initial & ROC Weekend/Holiday visit rate: $120 Revisit daily rate: $85: Orientation daily rate: $250: In-Service hourly rate: $55: Weekday and weekend shifts available.
