Product Manager, Contextual Data & Integrations

Job description

We are looking for a strategic and technical Product Manager to join our growing Warsaw product hub. As the third PM hire for the Asana for Service team, you will own the integrations and contextual data workstream—a critical pillar for our General Availability (GA) milestone in November 2026 and our longer-term agentic AI vision. Asana for Service is building a modern, AI-native ITSM/ESM product designed to replace legacy tools. Your mission is to build the "knowledge layer" that allows our AI to draw from a rich, connected base of information—both natively in Asana and from external tools like Confluence, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Zendesk. This role is foundational to achieving our goal of a >50% AI ticket deflection rate. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (standard in-office days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
