Location: Humble, Texas Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: Monday-Friday | Start Time: 8:00am Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated and qualified applicants to fill the position of a Rental Agent. Position will be 5% outdoors and 95% indoors. We are looking for confident individuals with a customer service orientation, strong interpersonal and telephone skills, provide front line contact with customers, match vehicle demand with availability, desire for growth, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Rental Agent Job Responsibilities: -Customer interaction (in-person, email, phone, etc.) -Going out on sales calls and meeting potential clients -Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order, report any issues found -Fleet Management and Inventory -Billing -Open/Close Rental Agreements -Daily rental check in/out -Generate reports -Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles -Fuel island inspections -Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor -Work with Sales team within the company.
