Position Summary: To provide on-site support, training, and communication regarding the reprocessing of surgical instruments and trays to contracted and ORC facilities in compliance with the Department of Health, TJC, OSHA, DNV, CDC, AAMI and AORN standards and the facilities’ goals and policies. Provides clinical operations support to customer facility pertaining to contracted management service and assists Sterile Processing Supervisor with daily operations in the Sterile Processing Department. Uses developed skills and practical knowledge to perform scheduled and unscheduled tasks independently. Provides direction to SPD Technicians I, II and III on workflow to maintain efficient daily operations. Shift Hours: 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM 5 days per week.
