About the Job: Applies the nursing process to maximize the health status of the patients of Tamarack Health, within the parameters of hospital policy and the Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act. Under general direction, develops, implements, evaluates, and manages the care and education of patients; supervises day-to-day activities of patient care within specific specialty; performs assessments of patients; attends educational inservices, and assists with procedures as needed. Assures adherence to Tamarack Health policies and procedures, supports and fosters the mission and vision of Tamarack Health. Accountable for the quality of care provided to patients and the processes that lead to continuous performance improvement. The position includes clinical practice, staff development, continuing education, and leadership, to include: maintains medical records. current certification through continuing education.
