Actively drive the creation and deployment of an annual global CI strategy, which supports the site/function strategy deployment plans. Incorporate the CI (Lean and Six Sigma) vision into all elements of the plan. Responsible for employee engagement, collaboration and maturity in CI performance at site/function level and sharing good practices across the region. Recognized subject matter expert on Lean and Six Sigma principles, systems, methods and tools.
