What You'll Be Doing: - Owns execution of construction projects ($5M–$25M) from handoff after bid award through closeout, including subcontract development, subcontractor onboarding, and full project administration. - Manages overall project financial performance, overseeing budgets, cost controls, forecasting, backcharges, and change orders to ensure projects are delivered at or near budget. - Leads field and resource coordination, working closely with Superintendents, and colleagues to plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and sequencing of work. Track progress, communicate status, and resolve issues to keep projects moving forward - Serves as the primary point of contact with PennDOT, maintaining daily interaction with owners and inspectors, submitting and updating progress schedules, negotiating change orders and time extensions, and resolving scope discrepancies. - Balances office and field leadersh...
