The Test Event Network Engineer supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will: - Partner with the support team, the network engineer is heavily involved with identifying, prioritizing, and resolving critical network related issues that impact business operations. - Proactively seeks to communicate solutions to network related issues and preferred emerging technologies that can be used to improve the overall health of the company network. - Assist in design, configuration, installation, test and troubleshooting of IT network systems primarily consisting of Cisco and PaloAlto based LAN/WANs. - Use technical writing and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment with minimal or no supervision. - Coordinate work with internal/external elements to provide/suggest technical solutions for network environments and document any updates or changes to the network. - Trave...
