Job Overview: Performs maintenance management by supervising the maintenance team, establishes priorities in maintenance schedules, and ensures Safety, Health & 5S of all the equipment and working Environment. Job Requirements: What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience - Implementing and sustaining total productive maintenance, monitoring all work orders, preventive maintenance sheets, repair logs, and related documents. - Scheduling and executing preventive and condition base maintenance targeting to achieve maximum availability of equipment and zero production downtime. - Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis for equipment downtime, and implementing preventive actions. - Maintaining manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and managing the department budget.
