Job description

Technique is looking for a Fabricator to join our team at our North Carolina chassis facility. In this role, you will be responsible for producing precision sheet metal components and fabricated assemblies that meet exacting dimensional and quality standards. The Fabricator works closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to transform raw materials into finished parts that serve aerospace, defense, automotive, motorsports, medical, and food processing customers. This position demands more than technical skill – it calls for a craftsperson who takes pride in their work, approaches every part with an artist’s eye for detail, and treats precision and quality as non-negotiable standards. The ideal candidate is a skilled craftsperson with hands-on fabrication experience in a precision manufacturing environment and a genuine passion for their trade. They bring mastery of sheet metal layout, forming, and finishing, and are equally comfortable reading detailed engineering drawings and blueprints as they are operating press brakes, shears, and welding equipment.
