All assigned work duties are to be completed prior to the end of shift while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Responsibilities: This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the production area in accordance with USDA, HACCP, and QA pre-op protocols. This position will be required to use high pressure hose, chemical solutions, assemble/unassembled lines, and equipment as required for proper cleaning and sanitizing. This position must also clean equipment, lines, machines, floors, ceiling, lighting fixtures, fans, take out trash.
