Acting as guardians of talent for the business, our focus is on sourcing exceptional people for the right role at the right time, ensuring we influence quality hires to drive business excellence and delivering exceptional candidate experience along the way. About the Role: This Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will be supporting stakeholders across all Private Services teams, from volume roles through individual skilled roles. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure you thoroughly understand their needs, as well as influencing them to deliver best in class candidate experience. Harrods is famous for service and that includes our relationships with potential colleagues too. Key responsibilities for this role include: Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’.
