Role purpose: The key purpose of the Centre Manager is to provide leadership across multiple business functions at the Centre level, using leadership capabilities with the asset team to deliver the centre’s strategic and financial objectives. The Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring the onsite management team to build capability and engagement in order to maintain an optimal customer and shopping experience. This role is responsible for the management and operations of the shopping centre, delivering exceptional results, leading stakeholder management for the asset, and focusing on shaping meaningful places where communities connect.
