Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Perform all necessary repairs to VLT machines, change machines, signs, and VLT monitoring equipment and also rebuild and repair all VLT parts, tools and related equipment. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: - Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber customer service to all patrons/employees of Scioto Downs. - Troubleshoot and repair any VLT machine and related equipment including all circuit boards without assistance. - Responsible for the initial set-up and check-out of new VLT machines, ensures the machines are in proper working condition. - Perform floor repair and preventative maintenance of all VLT machines, including cleaning machines and overhauls. - Observe all policies and procedures. - Maintain the integrity of the VLT machine equipment and secure all company assets and property at all times. - Responsible for the security of keys, radios, tools, and gaming related licenses and player tracking cards from check-in to check-out.
