About the Role As a Product Quality Engineer (PQE), you will serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring product quality performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead quality investigations, drive root‑cause analysis, and champion continuous improvement across the entire product portfolio. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, reliability engineering, and customer support teams—owning product quality performance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical problems, influencing cross‑functional teams, and elevating product quality through data-driven decision-making.
