Job DetailsJob Location: Mosharrafa Outpatient Surgery - Pheonix, AZ 85028Position Type: Part TimeJob Summary: Responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the OR and other areas of perioperative services for all patient populations. Job Summary: Provides functional direction to members of the perioperative team to achieve optimal patient outcomes while optimizing available resources including surgical case management and perioperative patient care coordination. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Promotes the mission, vision, and values of the organization. 2. Operationally and fiscally manages the perioperative services department during tour of duty. 3. Acts as a clinical resource for perioperative personnel using current literature and guidelines, organizational policies and procedures, and regulatory and accreditation standards. 4. Assists perioperative personnel in the evaluation of current practice through quality and performance improvement activities. 5.
