Department: 02270 WFBMG University Group Practice: Elkin Parkwood - Ophthalmology Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Pay Range: $25.30 - $37.95 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree with healthcare or business management experience preferred; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: N/A: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Works closely with Practice Manager on the direction, coordination and administration of policies, procedures and programs for the practice setting. Delivers cost-effective health care services by supporting the practice manager in managing day-to-day operations and procedures in accordance with priorities established by the Practice Manager and/or Associate Director of Practice Operations. Establishes work schedules, task assignments, and allocation of manpower, space and equipment to ensure effective and efficient patient care and promote conformance with practice service commitments.
