This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Troubadour Golf & Field Club set outside of Nashville, Tennessee. Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a Youth and Family Instructor to join the Outdoor Pursuits Department. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. ***Seasonal full-time role - hiring multiple positions. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR TRAINING MAY 18 - May 29. Hourly rate starting at $17 per hour.*** Key Responsibilities: - Leading / instructing individuals or groups in various activities (obstacle course, inflatables, crafts, hikes, etc.). - Cleaning, maintaining, and preparing equipment (crafts, etc.). - Overall supervision of youth planned activities with the aim of providing a healthy, safe, and memorable experience. - Execute day-to-day activities for youth. - Facilitate all youth programming in Kids Club and Camp - Supervising children - Speaking with parents/members - Facilitating games and activiites - Restocking food, drinks...
