Rogers Group is seeking an PAVING EQUIPMENT OPERATORS in Central Arkansas based out of Conway, Arkansas. Candidates will need to be familiar and experienced operating equipment such Pavers, Rollers, Skid Steers and other related equipment. Job Responsibilities: Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency. Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies. Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
