Job description

Position Summary Specialist will deliver a superior new hire experience for academic populations (including full-time faculty, adjunct faculty, and others) by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the pre-employment onboarding process. Ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms according to policies and guidelines, while maintaining data integrity. In order to ensure a seamless onboarding process, interact with new hires, school/unit points of contact, Human Resources, and other areas of the University as needed. Ensure accuracy and compliance with faculty lifecycle data gathering and reporting. Qualifications: Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Required Experience: 2+ years relevant experience in customer service, data maintenance, onboarding operations, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Preferred Experience: 2+ years Experience in a shared services environment Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to work in a team environment.
