Your Growth Opportunities: How You Will Drive Us Forward - Establishment, management, and technical leadership of local engineering teams at the Pune (India) site. - Close collaboration with German departments on joint development and testing projects. - Participation in international client projects with OEMs in the field of Electrical/Electronic (E/E) systems. - Support in competency building as well as the professional and personal development of colleagues in India. - Coordination of work packages, reporting, and alignment with international stakeholders. - Involvement in function development or software testing – depending on your specialization and experience. - Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field). - Several years of experience in the automotive industry. - Profound knowledge of function development or software testing. - Experience in client projects and direct communication with German OEMs. - Ability to coordinate international teams and share knowledge effectively. - Excellent English skills; proficiency in German is an advantage.
