RV Sales Lead/Sales Consultant Step into leadership while still earning like a top performer Fraserway RV is hiring a Sales Lead/Sales Consultant, a role designed for top sales performers who are ready for the next step, but aren’t ready to leave the floor. This is a player-coach position: you’ll continue selling and earning strong commissions, while also supporting the Sales Manager, mentoring the team, and helping drive performance across the dealership.
