Description Positions Available: - Heat Seal Tester Available Shifts: Heat Seal Tester: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Mon - Fri Purpose of Position: · Operator III: May be responsible for the direct embroidery of logos onto garments and perform most responsibilities of an Operator I and II; may be responsible for printing high-quality heat transfers · Warehouse III: May be responsible for cycle counting inventory; may operate PIV’s (powered industrial vehicle) while moving materials; may be assigned to shipping· Capable of operating multiple pieces of specialized equipment in a controlled environment Essential Functions: Operator III - embroidery · Operates multi-head direct embroidery machines to include hooping, set-up, trimming, steaming, and packaging· Using Tracker, can pull down the embroidery instructions and match them to the customer order· Can set up the embroidery machine to operate the necessary number of embroidery heads to meet a balanced flow· Can perform minor operator-maintenance functions safely such as replacing needles, changing thread spools, and releasing stuck garments · May utilize Tracker software Operator III – DTF/DTT · Operating and maintaining Direct-to-Film (DTF...
