A Day in the Life as a Business Fiber Technician A Business Fiber Technician is responsible for the connection between our high-speed network and the businesses that rely on it. Each day, you will lead the installation and integration of fiber optic systems, ranging from standard commercial setups to large-scale infrastructure projects in complex corporate environments. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and professional communication, as you’ll be the primary point of contact for business owners and IT directors during the hand-off.
