With 2-4 years of experience, you are expected to navigate the intricacies of complex mechanical assemblies and high-mix, low-volume electronics production. You will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of materials and production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery while maintaining lean inventory levels. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, such as interpreting complex Bills of Materials (BOMs), and the soft skills needed to manage demanding customer expectations in the fast-paced semiconductor equipment market.
