Job description

Qualifications: - Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company and carrier requirements - Load trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure placement of goods - Verify shipment accuracy against packing slips, bills of lading, and customer orders - Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners (as certified) - Maintain clean and organized dock and staging areas - Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams to meet shipping schedules - Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies or issues - Follow all safety guidelines and company policies - Perform other duties as assigned by management - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred - Forklift experience is preferred or willingness to become certified - Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods - Comfortable working in a...
