Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program management. - Experience in NPI operations management. - Experience in the manufacturing supply chain. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or MBA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering or other relevant fields. - Experience with Augmented Reality (AR) glasses. - Ability to travel 25% of the time internationally as needed.
