Senior Client Accountant Wilmington, DE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 Hybrid | 3 days in Office Some things you will be doing: What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? - Manage the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of client entities, including SPVs - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidated financial statements with intercompany eliminations, in accordance with US GAAP - Coordinate and manage year-end audits and work closely with external auditors - Maintain general ledgers, perform reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of financial data - Prepare capital call and distribution calculations, investor allocations, and supporting schedules - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional communication - Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines, including during peak reporting periods - Assist in process improvements and implementation of best practices across client engagements - Partner with offshore accounting teams to execute client deliverables, including reviewing work product, managing workflows, and ensuring accuracy, comple...
