POSITION SUMMARY: Designs and executes a comprehensive maintenance business plan aligned with Dominium’s overall strategic direction. Oversees planning, development, coordination, implementation and management of maintenance, repair, and renovation and remodel activities of portfolio sites including capital and insurance related projects.
