Job description

Promote Credit Union loan products and services to small and medium sized business throughout the community. Provide assistance and training to branch team members in all areas related to commercial lending. Provide leadership and mentoring to less experienced Commercial Loan Officer and Business Loan Officers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years commercial lending experience. Knowledge of commercial lending and commercial credit analysis. Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance. Ability to work independently, under pressure and organize tasks for optimal performance. Excellent communication, relationship building and sales skills. - Take a leadership role in representing the Credit Union to the local small business market to build awareness, brand image, credibility, and new business. - Actively participate in community business organizations and events. - Be responsible for generating and servicing a wide variety of commercial loans varying in complexity and size. - Contributes to deposit growth by cross selling and promoting additional credit union products. - Requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing and percepti...
