Job DetailsJob Location: ZBI Corporate - Zanesville, OH 43701Position Type: Full TimeJob Summary The General Foreman will act as the key field leader, supervising multiple crews and foremen to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They coordinate, plan, and execute, directing daily operations, managing resources, enforcing safety regulations, and liaising between site crews and management. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and work in the field as needed. Ability to understand bid process and relay appropriate information to the field. Essential Functions: - Leadership & Supervision: Directs and supervises construction foremen, crews, and subcontractors as well as train teammates. - Site Management: Coordinates daily work schedules, resources, materials, and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency. - Safety & Compliance: Enforces all safety policies, regulations, and building codes to maintain a secure job site. - Project Planning & Quality: Reads blueprints and specifications to plan operations, ensuring work meets quality standards. - Communication & Reporting: Acts as the primary liaison between site operations and project managers, reporting on...
