Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Royalty Senior Accountant / Accountant to support the growing complexity of our international royalty accounting and reporting processes. This role will play a critical part in strengthening controls, improving balance sheet accuracy, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, particularly for international agreements. This is a full time role, in the designated office 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities: Royalty Accounting & Reporting: - Prepare and review royalty calculations across multiple international regions and partners - Manage royalty reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely submission in accordance with contractual requirements - Prepare royalty payment support packages, ensuring appropriate documentation of contract terms and calculations - Support intercompany recharge processes and coordinate royalty-related payments Contract Management & Compliance: - Review and interpret licensing and partnership agreements to ensure accurate financial reporting - Monitor and track contractual obligations, including complex and non-standard terms - Maintain and support contract cost amortization schedules - Assist with account...
