Position Title: Associate Engineering Rotation Program Location: Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, WA; Ashburn, VA; Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC Your role The Associate Engineering Rotation Program is a structured early-career development program designed to build the next generation of technical talent supporting Digital Realty’s global engineering organization. This program combines immersive technical training, rotational exposure, and mentored hands-on experience across engineering, solutions development, and customer delivery workflows. During the rotation, Associates develop foundational expertise in: Data center design fundamentals including power, cooling, connectivity, and whitespace planning Engineering documentation and solution development: Internal systems and engineering workflows: The full customer lifecycle from technical discovery through solution delivery and execution Associates rotate through key engineering functions while working closely with Solutions Engineering, Design Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
